Rejection of two kinds

Watched a sermon today about rejection and interesting enough, I had planned on writing something about this because rejection is the root of all brokenness, it seems. Some people don't take rejection well and causes them to do evil but really it just backfires. It's self destructive. As a woman, I've witnessed this in men, who will get angry when they don't get what they want from a woman. But that's not to say women don't have this issue too. But there two types of rejection. You have the people who get rejection for no good reason,( like Jesus was rejected for being the light of the earth) and then you have the people who get rejected due to their  pride. (Like the devil who tried to position himself in the same position of the LORD our God). rejection due to them trying to put themselves in places they have no business being. God is about order and honor. When you cross lines, surely you'll get rejected.

But the devil took it too far, we have the choice not to. The more humble you are, the better you take rejection but the more pride in your heart, the more rejection can justify vengeance. And vengeance is mines says the LORD. If you're told "NO", take it in stride and know that reciprocity is not required. What is meant for you will be for you. You won't have to do any convincing. Rejection is simply God telling us either wrong place, wrong person, wrong time or wrong move. We should learn from rejection because it positions us towards what will receive us well. His will. Ongoing theme. The will of God yet people insist on attempting to manipulate it. Thinking God won't intervene.
