Gorgeous Gratitude

whether it be true & old or shiny & new:
there is great honor in exuding gorgeous gratitude.
I just want my gratitude to be pretty. 
knowing that no one owes me pity, 
when God has already provided me with plenty. 
I'm just a girl with a heart longing for the countryside 
all while residing in the city.

Thinking out loud: Kingdom Spouses

Let me just be real here, I never heard of this term until recently but this is what I gather so far. “Kingdom spouse” is a term used in the Christian community to describe a God sent union between man and woman to edify and glorify the KINGDOM of God. Hence the term: Kingdom. Essentially, two individuals who are divinely brought together to unite as one to carry out the will of God in harmony. I worded the definition myself, so it might be a little off but I hope you get my point. God certainly does align and assign people, helpmates, friends, mentors and spouses into our lives. So, I believe that although the term isn’t used in the bible, the concept is biblical but if we’re not careful the enemy can even deceive well-meaning Christians in their journey.
