since the beginning

was the word. God created the heavens and the earth with just his words. he spoke it and it was. his words come to life before our very eyes. don’t know why it continues to amaze me that there’s always scripture that reflects my exact thoughts, feelings and situation. the LIVING word. The word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus the Christ. (genesis 1) & (john 1) 


the bible has a lot of alignment, synchronicity , repeated messages, things that seem to connect, in fact i believe it’s all connected. but the devil of course mimics and copies and confuses us to throw us off track but God is in control.


For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. (Hebrews 4:12-13)

Thinking out loud: Kingdom Spouses

Let me just be real here, I never heard of this term until recently but this is what I gather so far. “Kingdom spouse” is a term used in the Christian community to describe a God sent union between man and woman to edify and glorify the KINGDOM of God. Hence the term: Kingdom. Essentially, two individuals who are divinely brought together to unite as one to carry out the will of God in harmony. I worded the definition myself, so it might be a little off but I hope you get my point. God certainly does align and assign people, helpmates, friends, mentors and spouses into our lives. So, I believe that although the term isn’t used in the bible, the concept is biblical but if we’re not careful the enemy can even deceive well-meaning Christians in their journey. So many prophetic words about kingdom spouses these days and I wonder if the LORD could really be speaking to someone specifically in such a general way.
